"Customer Excellence Training Programme"


"In March 2015, we commissioned KF Training to carry out a review on our customer service and in turn, followed this by rolling out a ‘Customer Excellence’ training programme, throughout the entire hotel.  This exercise lasted several weeks and we were delighted with the results, with 95% of staff, being accredited. As a result of this training, it re-enforced the importance of delivering and exceeding, excellent customer service, on every occasion, throughout every department of the hotel.  Recent results show a 7% increase in ‘Excellence’ in customer feedback.​ Throughout the process, KF Training have been extremely organised and helpful, tailoring courses to suit the needs of our own business. Feedback has been extremely positive from our own staff, which has resulted in KF Training, now being the main training provider for Matfen Hall"
